Promotions and Account Types

Generally, there are two account types at Kawase. They include a demo account and a real/live account. However, with live accounts, traders can access various features depending on how much they move per month.

You could ideally say that these features bring to life three other account types which are purely based on the amount of volume you move in a month in terms of lots. This means that within a month, you could be in any of the four real account types, and in the next one, you could end up being demoted or promoted to the next level.

  • The 0-500 Volume: Here, traders can expect to pay a commission of $2.5 per lot.
  • The 500-1000 volume: Traders get 20% discount on commission paid per lot. So thy pay just $2.00.
  • The 1000-1500 volume: Traders receive 40% discount thereby paying just $1.5 in commission per lot.
  • The 1500+ volume: traders get 60% discount which means the commission per lot is set at $1.00.

As for indices trading via CFDs, different markets have different commission levels calculated as a percentage of volume. They also have a minimum commission of about 4 USD/EUR/GBP/AUD/CHF or 25HKD and 400 JPY as per the various local markets. Leverage for these is set at 1:20.
